Shipping Policy
Overview:
This shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the physical delivery of items ordered from the Order Processing Time to Delivery. All orders are processed within the time mentioned while placing the order, after receiving your order confirmation and successful completion of payment. You will receive a notification when your order is shipped.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will be calculated based on the prevailing market rates for transportation from the factory to the delivery location. For all export orders, buyers are responsible for coordinating directly with their chosen shippers or agents for delivery and customs clearance or any settlement thereon.
Delivery Time:
For most locations we serve, delivery usually takes 4-8 business days. However, delays may occur due to factors like weather, natural events, strikes, remote locations, or stock availability. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to follow your shipment.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:
- Verification: COD orders require a two-step confirmation. After selecting COD, you will get a WhatsApp message with a link to confirm or cancel your order. Our team will also call to verify. Orders will be cancelled if there is no response.
- Restricted Locations: COD service is not available for hostels, PGs, universities, schools, or similar addresses due to frequent returns.
- Address Confirmation: If your delivery address is incomplete or cannot be verified, we will contact you. Lack of response will lead to cancellation of the COD order.
- Prepaid Option: If your COD order is cancelled or you are not eligible for COD, please place a prepaid order instead.
COD Terms:
COD is available but for some products and categories may not be eligible for COD. We reserve the right to update these policies at any time.
