At Unimax Frozen Treat Pvt. Ltd., your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized products with care. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

General Guidelines

  • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • Record an unboxing video as soon as the package is opened.
  • Report any issues (damaged or incorrect products) within 2 hours of delivery.

Return & Refund Eligibility

Note: We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong selection
  • Personal taste or preferences

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
  • To cancel:
    • Contact via WhatsApp or Email with your order details.
  • Full refund will be issued if cancelled within the 2-hour window.

Return Process

  1. Request approval for your return via WhatsApp or email.
  2. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Return the product in original packaging and condition.
  4. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes our quality check. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return of our product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • Once approved:
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–8 business days.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return.
  • We are not responsible for issuing a refund if the item is returned to us without our prior return authorization.

Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless:
    • The product was damaged or incorrect.

Important: Unboxing Video Required

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or wrong item claims.
  • Claims must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery.
