Baby corn ears are peeled manually in a processing unit. Peeled baby corn is sorted and graded. Baby corn is washed for three times on processing line and blanched for 90Ëš temperature. After blanching those are cooled and pass through inspection belt to the IQF and frozen for -40Ëš. Frozen baby corn is packed in 30 kg one side laminated bags and pass through metal detector. Packed baby corn is kept in cold storage for -18Ëš.
