Cooking Instructions
Shallow Fry:
Heat 1–2 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Cook frozen tikkis on medium heat for 4–5 minutes on each side or until golden and crisp.
Air Fryer:
Preheat to 180°C. Air-fry frozen tikkis for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
Deep Fry (optional):
Fry in hot oil until golden brown (3–4 minutes). Drain excess oil on paper towels.
No thawing required – cook straight from frozen.
Serving Suggestions
- Top with yogurt, tamarind & green chutney for aloo tikki chaat
- Use as a veg burger patty with lettuce, tomato & mayo
- Serve with ketchup or mint chutney as a tea-time snack
- Pair with chickpeas (chole) for a delicious street-style chole tikki
Storage Instructions
Store at -18°C (0°F) or below. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Use within 24 hours of opening.
